Hi Doug. Thanks for your comment. Here's the deal.

I'm not really all that against the idea that a country as South Africa couldn't be included in our testing. I am after all looking for great people.

But here's the thing.

You see H.E.R.O. is provided to it's users and assisted throughout their on-line session by a live guide all in real time. That's something that could last up to 4 to 6 hours or more for the entire session. Guides in our system can look after a number of users at once. But to start out I think we ought to be working with those in time zones that are within our grasp and that we can handle fairly easily this early in our launch.

I'm on Canada's west coast (Pacific Time) for example and that makes South Africa have about 10 hours or so difference.

I am of course very interested in working with people who are open to newness in the field of self-help. That's a field that hasn't seen much newness in about 50 years or so. So I certainly would like to stay in touch with you as we go along.

One other idea that I'm looking at is licensing H.E.R.O. trainers who would like to offer our new breakthrough product to the industrial sector. Many company employees could get a lot out of H.E.R.O. and their company would benefit by having a more cohesive working group who is less prone to issues that could cause them a lot of emotional difficulties.

This is a new thing we're attempting to do and so I'm open to suggestion.

Thanks again for your input.

Hi David. It would be great if you could include South Africa in your testing. Look forward to hearing about your results. Doug
